Hannah Swift

Hannah is an acupuncturist from Edinburgh who currently lives in Kyoto, Japan. She graduated from the Northern College of Acupuncture in 2015 and has run rural and city clinics since then. She has taught moxa seminars since 2018 both online and in-person. She is passionate about making moxa from local plants and teaching people the simple power of moxibustion which is the often neglected half of acupuncture practice. She has organised study trips in Japan for acupuncturists to learn subtle and varied needle techniques and moxibustion methods. Hannah delights in dancing, tea, poetry and walking in woodland.
