Dr Holly Mash is a UK-based integrative veterinarian. She graduated with a bachelor of veterinary science from the University of Bristol in 2001 and after a short stint in mixed and equine practice she has concentrated on companion animals.
In 2005 she gained her International Veterinary Acupuncture Society (IVAS) accreditation as a certified acupuncturist. Then, after studying with the College of Integrative Veterinary Therapies, Holly was the first vet in the UK to be awarded a Graduate Diploma in Veterinary Western Herbal Medicine, in 2015.
Holly has built up a successful referral practice and enjoys using the wide range of the holistic modalities she has learned over the years for her patients.
Alongside consulting, Holly has also lectured both in the UK and internationally, sharing her passion for holistic healthcare. She has also been the veterinary consultant to one of the UK’s leading pet food brands for the past ten years.
Holly is the author of two books, The Holistic Dog (2011) and The Holistic Cat (2014), published by The Crowood Press.
