About the Webinar

Dr Karreman is a pioneer of Organic Veterinary Medicine. In this presentation he will provide specific management to maintain healthy animals and give treatment plans for commonly encountered conditions in dairy cows, sheep and pigs. Management topics will help the student to know what to look for in body condition of ruminants, specifically dairy cows. The 3-step CowSignals® method will be taught. CowSignals® can also be used for beef cattle, sheep, goats and llamas. Conditions covered will include reproduction, pneumonia, mastitis, skin, parasitism and lameness.  A routine set of treatments described by applied biologics (other than vaccines), botanicals (Western), simple homeopathy and beginner’s acupuncture that have given consistently good results will be shared. Veterinarians will come away feeling more comfortable with natural treatments for farm animals whether they be in backyard or commercial settings.
