Lesions near the pylorus in the context of equine gastric glandular disease (EGGD) represent a diagnostic and therapeutic challenge for the equine practitioner and are occurring with increasing frequency. In many affected horses, clinical signs are often equivocal, leading to late diagnoses of a long-standing, chronic disease.
